Faculty Training

Once you have achieved the status of CT/RTC you can attend a Faculty Program to become a Faculty Member of The Institute.

The purpose of these programs is to ensure that faculty members who represent The Institute have the appropriate knowledge and skills to teach in The Institute certification process.

The role of the Faculty Program Consultant is central to the process because the mentoring in the field replaces one or two phases previously done in a structured group training session. Consequently a faculty member must complete the Faculty Program Consultant Application and then be approved as a Faculty Program Consultant.
