Jean, would you do me the favor of reading this again. I believe I have presented both, policy and procedure. After looking at the suggested web-link I found many interpretations and ideas and no standards. Could you suggest a model that would be more useful for me to follow? I researched (!) research policies and found most incorporated a procedural format with ethics included in the foundation. I would be happy to review a sample from another organization that you would offer.
