WGI approach to GQS

Following on recent email discussion I believe it is vital that WGI define the “CORE” of a Glasser Quality School and then allow for flexibility not only in geograpical or affiliate areas but also in differing schools systems.

For me, the GQS core is expressed in the six parameters established by Dr. Glasser. At the heart of this is the idea of internal control. It is both used and respected in the GQS. I also believe that there is a considerable difference between a school that uses Choice Theory and a school that is a Glasser Quality School. In the GQS, CT is the foundation philosophy and psychology of the whole school.
