I am now the Executive Director of the Glasser Institute for Choice Theory- US. I am a leadership development specialist with the state of Arizona, with a Master's in Education (Quality Schools), and a Basic Instructor with WGI. The principles of Choice Theory and Reality Therapy have given my life and work direction. I have always been in the helping professions; now I have a consistent method of helping. CT/RT has given my life breath.
